As Senior Vice President of Provider Network Solutions, Shawn Trotter-Mitchell's accountabilities include network strategy and execution, provider operations, network performance, and transformation of the provider experience. She is responsible for developing and managing optimal provider networks, sustainable financial arrangements, and strategic partnerships that enable the achievement of the organization’s business objectives.
She has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry and has held leadership roles with both provider and payor organizations.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hampton University and master’s degree in public health from Yale University.
